The DHR202RFE SDS+ drill is equipped with three drilling modes, “Rotary Only”, “Rotary Hammer” and “Hammer Only”, drilling up to 13mm into steel, 26mm into wood and 20mm into concrete making it the ideal machine for multiple applications.
It also has a conveniently located push button for forward and reverse, LED job light with Afterglow for use in low visibility applications and a one-touch sliding chuck for easy bit changes increasing productivity.
The compact and lightweight 3.2kg design of the DHR202RFE makes it ideal for use on site, whilst the shock-absorbent, ergonomic soft grip handle protects the battery housing for extra durability providing maximum comfort reducing user fatigue and providing greater tool control.
The Makita DHR202RFE is supplied with 2 x 3.0Ah Lithium-ion battery, 22 minute charger and stackable carry case.
The Makita DHR202RFE uses Lithium-ion battery technology which has a number of advantages, the batteries have no memory effect allowing them to be recharged before they are completely discharged. Up to 40% lighter than a NICD or NIMH battery, Lithium-ion batteries have a 22 minute charge time with air cooled Makstar Optimum Charging System together with a greater life span giving 430% greater run time providing increased productivity
